1 – Open the page My Account, at Amazon;
2 – In the center, locate and click Login & security;
3 – Then click at Forgot your password above Login password information tab. If you isn’t logged, login first and then do it;
4 – A verification code will be requested by email or mobile phone. Fill it and wait for e-mail code;
5 – Now, get the code that was sent by the e-mail you informed, enter the code received and then set your new password.
