You can request a refund at in two situations:
1 – If your order was not sent within the scheduled deadline.
In this case, open ‘my account’ page.
Locate and click on the option ‘all orders’, below your profile photo.
Now, locate the desired order and click on the ‘refund option’.
Finally, just define where you want to receive the refund: BGpay or the payment method used.
2 – If your order has a quality problem or does not comply with the product description.
In that case, open page.
Now, find and click on the ‘help’ option and then choose the option ‘contact us’.
Now, find and click on the ‘after-sales’ option and then follow the recommended steps.
