Did not receive the product, is it of low quality or different from what you bought?
1 – Open the My orders page;
2 – Locate the product to which you want to open the dispute and click View Details ;
3 – Click on the Open Dispute button, which is next to the nonconformist item;
4 – Choose the option you would like, and fill out the form;
5 – Follow the instructions on the page.
