Did not receive the product and your purchase protection is running out?
1 – Open the My Orders page;
2 – Locate the product to which you want to extend protection, and click View Details ;
3 – On the Reminder tab, choose the second option and click click here ;
4 – Enter in the window the number of days you want to add the protection and click confirm . The seller will respond to your request within 48 hours.
